The rooms/hotel are stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location. Small but decent gym. Good customer service. Beautiful suite with kitchenette and laundry facilities. Housekeeping is faultless. Staff is always ready to help. Night staff went above and beyond to assist a friend in need. Had a second home feeling.

My friend and I had a great stay at Ruz Hotels! The location was perfect, just a couple minutes away from a famous landmark. We loved exploring the area and found great shopping options nearby. The hotel itself was clean and stylish, just like in the photos. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered fine views of the city. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and always ready to help. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room at this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. the exclusive amenities provided, such as complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar and a coffee pod machine, added an extra touch of luxury. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the wifi was fast and reliable. We also enjoyed the beautiful views and delicious breakfast at the rooftop bar.
While our experience at this hotel was excellent overall, there was one minor issue. the pillows in the room were a bit too firm for our liking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room design was perfect, with attention to detail and a cozy feel. The location was amazing, right near the bustling shopping street and close to the metro station.

Great location near Galata Tower and shopping opportunities with local designers and artists. Clean and well-designed interior as seen in the photos. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Yusuf, Orhan, and Deniz. Recommended hotel with plans to return

My Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super modern and comfortable, with a rustic touch that I loved. The bed was cozy and the bathroom had an awesome shower. The staff were friendly and their English was pretty good. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. Plus, they let us do an early check-in and a late check-out, a huge help. it was a wonderful experience!
The only minor issue was that the breakfast was not available yet since their restaurant and terrace were still being worked on.
